She is survived by: her parents, Dana Marie Brown-Rohilliard and Thaddeus Merrell Rohilliard (Aqueelah); her brother Thaddeus A. Rohilliard; and her grandmothers, Ruby M. Hawkins and Donner M. Brown. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

“I don't have the words, to express my shock and heartache. I can't believe, I'm JUST now, finding this out. Chloe and I used to clown all day, everyday, when i worked at Target. It's where we met. I used to tell her, she was my friend and no one elses. She would tell me, boy go play because you have too many friends, I ain't the only one. I don't know why she stopped talking to me after, left target. If I've done anything to offend her, I'll never have the chance to say, I'm sorry and I Love U.”
