He was predeceased by: his stepparents, Ken Thornton and Brenda Cancienne Collins; and his grandparents, Fleravant Collins, Elisha Collins, Nelson and Lavita Gros.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Benoit Collins; his children, Chad Paul, Collins Jr., Tyson, Tate Collins, Cassie Collins, Elicia'Collins and Ariel Collins; his grandchildren, Ella, Farrah, Penelope, Brezi, Bryli, Waverli and Amelia; his parents, Clifton Collins Sr. (Jaunita Moxley) and Diana Thornton; and his brothers, Clifton Collins Jr. (Robin Collins), Brad Collins (Michelle Collins) and Jude Collins (Stephanie Collins).
