She was predeceased by: her husbands, Burnell Burd and Wilfred Cannon; her parents, Letha Ausbrooks Jupiter and Wallace Jupiter, Sr.; her siblings, Loris, Larry, Wallace Jupiter, Jr., Hester Williams, Dorothy Smith, Brenda Morris, Rosetta Jupiter, Nene Jupiter and Audrey Jupiter; and her son-in-law Joseph Jamison.
She is survived by: her son Dwayne Cannon (Felica); her siblings, Lionel Jupiter (Yvonne), Gertrude Smith, Bernice Jupiter and Dianne Williams; her grandchildren, LaToya, Jerrinisha and Ja'ir Cannon; and her great grandchildren, Lakecea Meads, Kelaun Sanders and Jorian Johnson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 11th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Saturday, October 12th 2024 at 9:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Bright Morning Star Baptist Church (511 Assumption St, Napoleonville, LA 70390).
