She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Chester Freeman and Dorothy Curtis; her siblings, Edmond Curtis, Alvin Clark, Michael Clark, Joseph Curtis, Calvin Freeman, Sr., Lloyd Freeman, Loris Jackson, Josie Askins, Barbara Burdis, Elma Curtis, Eliska Wiggins, Helen Freeman Lemon and Lucy Mae Freeman Watson; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Jackson.
She is survived by: her children, Troy, Dwayne Curtis (Launte), Charlotte Shelvy, Evelyn Skidmore and Larissa Curtis; her siblings, Warren Freeman, Sr. (Linda), Josephvell Curtis, Clara Davis, Carolyn Freeman, Esther Smothers and Verley Freeman; her siblings-in-law, Virginia Curtis, Lillian Freeman and Joseph Lemon; and her godson Joseph Spott. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
