He was predeceased by: his parents, Wildford Duncan, Sr. and Marie Lambert Keating; his daughter Sherrie Duncan; his granddaughter Gloria Warren; and his siblings, Kenneth Ray Dunacn, Wayne Duncan, Kathleen Duncan, Peggy Duncan and Glenda Duncan.
He is survived by: his children, Sonia Duncan, Jennifer Starnes (Ellis) and Josph Fortenberry; his grandchildren, Herbert Warren, Kurt Warren, Hanna Cvitanovich, Lilly Rester, Kadie Starnes, Deloris Starnes and Patlyn Starnes; his great grandchildren, Hunner Warren, Kimber Warren and Annsley Warren; and his siblings, Jimmy Earl Duncan and Virginia Obryant. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hartman-Hughes Funeral Home (412 Beulah Ave, Tylertown, MS 39667). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
