It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oria Lee Patterson of Mount Hermon, Louisiana, who passed away on February 6, 2025, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha Ford, and Charlie Ford, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Flowers Patterson; her children, Bobby Earl Patterson (Carol), Leo Patterson, Kelvin Patterson, Jerry Charles Patterson, Michael Patterson, Diana Patterson Hall (Chris), Paul Patterson and Sandra Patterson; her grandchildren, Telisa Bell, Carla Haskins, Crystal Harris, Kelly Patterson, Joy Vance, LaKisa Mathis, Terry Patterson, LaToya Patterson, LaShelle Patterson, Treva Patterson, Bobby, Patterson Jr. and Larry Patterson Gannon Patterson; her children, Micheal Patterson and Bertha "Louise" Patterson; and her siblings, Charlie (Ford Jr.) and Irma Allen. She is also survived by great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; and large extended family.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sunlight Church of God in Christ (34389 Martin Drive, Mount Hermon, LA). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
