He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie D. Francis and Emma Coleman Francis; and his siblings, Rosedean Francis, Charles and George Francis.
He is survived by: his son Quincy Hughes of Oceanside, CA; and his siblings, Delores Taylor of Kentwood, LA, Willie D. Francis of Kentwood, LA, Michael D. Francis of Kentwood, LA and Steven Francis of Kentwood, LA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
