She is survived by: her parent-in-law Jestina; her siblings, John "Busta" Russell, Robert James "Jack" and Mae Helen; her husband Wilton Blackburn; her children, Bernadine, Larry Armstrong (Verna), Virginia Baylil, Tongia Bickham, Kellie Bickham Temple (Scotty), Jerome Bickham, Sr. (Valerie), Carolyn Blackburn Puckett and Jacqueline Blackburn; her siblings, Leo "John", Cleo "Dave", Creola, Evelyn and Johnnie Mae; her grandchildren, Anastasia Blackburn, Brannon Cole, Kendrick Dunbar and Turkisha Blackburn; her great grandchildren, Jaston Conerly, Micheal Jones, Jr. and Aaron Blackburn; her great great grandchild Ky'Lealh Williams; her children, Delores Blackburn, Saundra Blackburn Conerly, Kenneth Blackburn, Sr. (Denise), Deborah Blackburn Thompson, Charles Blackburn, Sr. (Diedre), Mary Blackburn Ford and Robert Blackburn (Carolyn); her brother William Cutrer; and her siblings-in-law, Celestine Cutrer, Bertha Cutrer and Denman "Bruce" Watson. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Crain and Sons Funeral Home (2000 Washington St, Franklinton, LA 70438). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church (28040 Par Rd 80, Mt Hermon, LA 70450).
