He was predeceased by: his daughter Katherine Ocmand; his parents, Antoine Ocmand and Marie Tamplain Ocmand; and his siblings, Claude Ocmand (late Bernadette), O'Neil Ocmand (late Louise), Wilbert Ocmand, Sr. (late Theresa) and Alice Waguespack (late Ellis).

He is survived by: his wife Elaine Ocmand. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
