He is survived by: his children, Andre Louis Chaumont (Sharon Lynn) of Ragley, LA, Maurice Shelton Chaumont (Grey Talley) of Alexandria, LA and Collette Dany George (Ronald) of Lake Charles, LA; and his siblings, Bryan Chaumont of Lake Charles, LA, Dorsey Chaumont of Clear Lake, TX, Erroll Chaumont of Sulphur, LA and Zarelda Cooper of Washington State. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
