He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin J. Fontenot and Frances Fontenot. He is survived by: his wife Linda Elaine Fontenot; his children, Kimberly Renee Fontenot Guillory (Christopher J.) and Brent Michael Fontenot; his grandchildren, Grant Christopher Guillory and Abigail Frances Guillory; and his siblings, Lena Dykes and Brian Fontenot. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, & extended family.
