He is survived by: his wife Neatha Miller Hicks of Moss Bluff; his children, Frederick Hicks (Brenda Gail) of Highlands, TX, Dianna Hicks of Moss Bluff, Michael Hicks (Sandra) of Crosby, TX and Charlotte Fontenot (Mark) of Moss Bluff; and his brother Sherald Hicks (Nelda) of Many, LA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
