He is survived by: his mother Margie Hayes Fontenot; his sons, Curtis Luke and Bailey Cade Fontenot; his wife Annette Fontenot; his granddaughter Lila Reign Fontenot; and his sisters, Dr. Cathi Fontenot of New Orleans and DeAnne Royer (Joe Bill).
