She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Angela Rose and Herbert "Gro" Racca; her brother J. D. Racca of Moss Bluff; her husband Virgil William Talbott of Fort Madison; her children, William "Lyle" Talbott, Vada "Karlene" Morris, Jody Hebert Talbott and Rudy Talbott; her grandchildren, Gena, Roxanne, William, April, Delwin and Aaron; her children-in-law, Joy Bertalotta and Donald Ray Warren; and also, Kevin Morris (Sherrie), Kellie Carroll and Karra Dronette (Eric).

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the advancement for individuals with special needs.
