It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marie Stawecki of Moss Bluff, Louisiana, who passed away on December 2, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Rozas and Zoia Rozas; and her siblings, Floyd Rozas and Mary Norris. She is survived by: her children, Aimee Stawecki, Cathy Ayo, Billy Stawecki and David Stawecki (Jimena); her grandchildren, Kyle Ayo (Danielle), William, Mari-Beth and Spencer Stawecki; her great grandchildren, Brennen and Brenley Ayo; and her close friend Annie Boyette.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lakeside Funeral Home (340 E Prien Lake Rd, Lake Charles, LA 70601). A rosary was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Theodore Catholic Church (785 Sam Houston Jones Pkwy, Moss Bluff, LA 70611).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Theodore's Catholic Church in Moss Bluff.
