He was predeceased by: his stepfather Mike Kline; and his grandparents, Lawrence Edward, Mae Loris LeBlanc Fontenot, Leroy and Ethel Mae Bohannon.
He is survived by: his wife Marla Landry Fontenot; his children, Braden Wayne Fontenot and Lillian Kay Fontenot of Moss Bluff; his parents, Linda B. Kline of Lake Charles and Phillip Fontenot (Jeannice) of Moss Bluff; his parents-in-law, Keith and Jackie Landry of Moss Bluff; his brothers, Phil Fontenot (Brandy) of Lake Charles and Tommy Fontenot (Shawnya) of Moss Bluff; his stepsister Veronica Primeaux of Moss Bluff; his brother-in-law Brandon Landry (Angela) of Moss Bluff; and his godsons, Louis Gaige Gilley and Adam Viator. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
