He is survived by: his spouse Fay Guillory; his children, Lisa Phillips and Scott Guillory (Melissa) of Moss Bluff; his siblings, Charles Guillory (Marvelene), Dennis Guillory (Carla), Johnny Guillory, Alan Guillory and Nancy Collette (Glen); and his grandchildren, Christopher Phillips, April Sullivan, Cassidy Phillips, Matthew Guillory and Laura Guillory. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
