He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hart and Betty Bantz Hart. He is survived by: his wife Jamie Simon Hart; his children, Cody Guidry (Cicely), Alexandra Lohnes (James) and Taylor Simon (Willie); his grandchildren, Cruz, Chandler, Baby Chase, Phinley, Tripp, Cooper, Landry Lou and Roman; and his siblings, Randall Hart (Kay), Maria Hart, Amy York, Paul Hart (Rachel) and Brett Hart (Christina). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
