He was predeceased by: his wife Viola Josephine Ponthieux; his daughter Robin Carol Anne DuBois; his parents, Aros Granger and Jessie Bond Granger; his brothers, Robert Gene Granger and Alton Charles Granger; his niece Allison R. Bell; and his great-niece Madeline Brooke Bell.

He is survived by: his grandsons, Jesse Layne DuBois (Shanna Peel) and Corey David DuBois (Tiffany) of Montgomery, LA.; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Camden, Caydon, Keegan and BraeLynn; and his siblings, Doris G.
