He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Webre, Jr. and Evelyn Webre; his father-in-law Donald "Pistol" Richard; and his brothers-in-law, Joe Carr and Curtis Richard.
He is survived by: his significant other Colleen Richard Webre; his children, Corrie Tarver (Butch) of Moss Bluff and Elijah Webre of Sulphur, LA; his pet Apache; his siblings, Mary Sue Carr of Baytown, TX, Betty Lou Hudson (Henry) of Brunswick, GA, Daniel Webre (Jeanette) of Lake Charles, Cathy Norwood of Sulphur, LA and Rodney Webre of Sulphur, LA; his mother-in-law Florine Richard of Lake Charles; his sister-in-law Vickie Richard (Nick Fasske) of Lake Charles; his grandchildren, Gabrielle Tarver Bellino (Jared) of Sulphur, LA and Sebastian Tarver (Kayden Pellerin) of Moss Bluff; and his great grandchildren, Oakley and Wyatt Guidry. He is also survived by numerous close friends and other family members.
