She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Archie Self, Myrtis Self, Nick Nichols and Anne Nichols; and her friend Marcie Ashworth Monceaux.
She is survived by: her parents, Donald Self and Patricia Self; her daughters, Brittany Danielle Moore (Keith) of Ragley, LA, Courtney Rae Fittz, Cheyenne Gabrielle Jordan, Morning Joy and Whitney Nicole Jordan of Seabrook, TX; and her granddaughters, Maddox, Maci, Peyton, Jackson, Kennedy and Carter.
