He was predeceased by: his parents, Elzie Wagstaff and Odell Wagstaff. He is survived by: his wife Jimmie Evelyn Wagstaff; his daughters, Laura Lambert (Gary W. Lambert) of Tomball and Jackie Mitchell of Houma; his grandchildren, Nicole LeBoeuf (Jessie), Kristy Montgomery (Jeff), Perry Boudwin, Jr. and Lori Farrell; his great grandchildren, Tyler Olivier, Kassidy Montgomery, Laiken Olivier, Brennon Olivier, Sarah LeBoeuf, Kirstyn Montgomery, Ayden Farrell, Kami Montgomery, Daymon LeBoeuf, Laurie Olivier and Colton Farrell; his great great grandchild Daxton Adams; and his brothers, Darrell Wagstaff and Phillip Wagstaff.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to First Baptist Church Moss Bluff, 276 Old Highway 171, Lake Charles, La.
