He was predeceased by: his parents, Levy Ardoin and Carrie Belair Ardoin; and his grandson Jerrod Blanchard. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Faye Henry Ardoin; his children, Nicole Ardoin Hulin, David B. Ardoin, Jr. and Kevin Wade Ardoin; and his siblings, Marguerite Swaine, Michael Ardoin and Ronald Ardoin. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
