He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence, Sr. Forristal and Doris Forristal; his brother Robert Forristal; and his stepdaughter Meghan Stabile (Heather Forristal). He is survived by: his former wife Stacy (Brian); the mothers of children, Jessica Michelle Forristal and Stephen-Michael Lawrence Forristal; his grandsons, Elwood and Alexander; his siblings, Brenda, Linda (Mark) and Lawrence Jr.; and his nieces and nephews, James, Brian, William, Trevor, Jonathan, Melissa, Julia, Danielle, Courtnie, Erika and Amberly.
