He was predeceased by: his parents, James Brown and Diane Bell Brown; and his stepson Herman Terrell Solone. He is survived by: his wife Gale Brown; and his children, Cecil Brown, Jr., Amon Solone and Lakeisha Brown.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Morning Glory Ministries (1323 Railroad Ave, Morgan City, LA 70380).
