She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Alexander Sr.; and her parents, Jimmy Langston and Carrie Ashworth Langston. She is survived by: her children, Doris Alexander of Dallas, TX, Joseph Alexander (Beverly) of Wills Point, TX, Johnny Alexander of Fort Worth, TX, Stephen Alexander of Steele, MS, Zeline Alexander of Moreauville, LA, Jimmy Alexander (Brenda) of Moreauville, LA, Peter Alexander of Moreauville, LA and Carlton Alexander of Moreauville, LA; her daughter-in-law Joyce Alexander of Navarre, FL; and her sisters, Ora Mae Davis of Merryville, LA, Katherine Sweet of Merryville, LA, Annette Keith of Oakland, CA, Jeanette Reid of Long Beach, CA and Johnnie Smith of Canton, MS. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
