He was predeceased by: his parents, Belma Matthews Young and Freddy Prescott; and his siblings, Edna Young Wilson and Jeff Young. He is survived by: his wife Linda Prescott of Moreauville; his stepdaughters, Rhashene Rhemm of Moreauville, Shawnte Taylor of California, Latoya Smart of Mississippi and Britney Smith of California; and his siblings, Mary Wilson of Bunkie, Susie Compton of Houston, Virginia Brown of Los Angeles, Belma Butler of Memphis, Will Young (Delores) of Houston and Hardy Young of Memphis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
