He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert Courville and Jeanette Courville; and his sister Dale Armand. He is survived by: his wife Shelia Courville; his sons, Blane Courville (Chasity) of Hessmer and David Courville, Jr. (Amber) of Moreauville; his siblings, Norma Lemoine of Monroe, Jerry Courville (Cheryl) of Atlanta and Tony Courville of Monroe; and his grandchildren, Morgan, Alexis Courville of Hessmer and Benson Courville of Moreauville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
