He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Douzart, Sr. and Oree Minton Douzart; his brothers, Robert Douzart and Clement Douzart, Jr.; and his granddaughter Theresa Hope Douzart.
He is survived by: his wife Jennie Lee Bolton Douzart; his children, Scott Douzart (April) and Melinda Douzart Young (Mike); his granddaughter Misty Douzart; his stepson Jeremy Dennis; his grandchildren, Kelli Thomas, Brett Thomas, Christian Devore, Kristopher Devore, Collin Moseley, Cole Young, Jennifer Douzart, Haley Douzart and Riley Smith; his great grandchildren, Brantlee Griffith and Everlee Griffith; and his siblings, Luther Douzart (Catherine), Butch Lovell, Elaine D. Brasket (Bud), Bettie D. Gordey, Rita D. Brister and Dorothy Faye D. Sayer. He is also survived by his fur baby, Buddy the cat; and a host of other family members and friends.
