He is survived by: his wife Amy Festavan Dale of Mooringsport; his daughters, Haylee Dale Sands (Daniel) and Megan Dale; his stepson Ethan Arledge; his siblings, Shannon Fowler of Shreveport, Tiffany Smith (Corey) of Elysian Fields, TX and Patrick Dale of Tucson, AZ; his nieces and nephews, Seth, Sawyer, Hank, Kate and Susanna; and his grandson Jaxon.
