He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Tuggle and Eva Carter Tuggle; and his sisters, Jean Laster (Huey) and Kay. He is survived by: his wife Deanna Carmella Tuggle; his children, Joe Tuggle (Erica Patterson Tuggle), Kelsey, Lauren, Jillian and Trey Tuggle (Amy Addison Tuggle); his grandchildren, Hunter, Jeremy and Allison; and his sister Edwina Tuggle Friday.
