Dottye Jean Adams Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 3, 2022, at the age of 67, Dottye Jean Adams of Mooringsport, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Roy "Buddy" Flores; and her brother John Flores. She is survived by: her mother Dottye Flores of Vivian, Louisiana.; her husband Gerald "Jerry" Adams; her friend James "Gomer" Pyle; her brothers, Dan Flores and Tom Flores (Suzanne); her daughter Alecia Alexander (Shaun); her stepchildren, Loyd Adams, Jason Adams (Jolie) and Casey Portillo (Jose); her grandchildren, Kylie Thomas (John Henry), Lauren Terry, Harrison Boyter, Elsie Jane, Lillian, Scarlett Adams, Mateo and Santiago Portillo; her great grandchildren, Audrey, Kylee, Rylie, Bailey, Henry, Abigail, Lynlee, John and Charlie; and her caregivers, Allison, Brad and Dottye. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
