He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad Lowe and Madie Lowe (Attaway) of Blanchard, Louisiana.; and his sister Peggy Lowe Paige of Bossier City, Louisiana.. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Lowe (Bootsie) of Mooringsport, Louisiana.; his children, Paul Lowe (Sonia), Sue Lowe Diebold (Bill) and John Lowe (Cindy); his grandsons, Jacob Diebold (Lauren) and Matt Diebold (Cari); and his great grandchildren, Jack and Reid Diebold.
Due to Covid-19 a family graveside will be held at Mount Zion Cemetery on Saturday, April 25, 2020.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mooringsport Methodist Church at P.O. Box 547, Mooringsport, LA 71060.
