He was predeceased by: his grandson Brian Landry (Amanda); his parents, Salvador Samuel "Sam" Calcagno, Sr. and Lonnie Dupre Calcagno; and his siblings, Santa Mae Chester, Charles Calcagno and Laure Benenate.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry LaBranche Calcagno; his children, David Calcagno (Kathleen), Terry C. Landry (Glen) and Randy Calcagno; his grandchildren, Danielle C. Coburn (Michael), Jesse Landry (Amber) of David and Calcagno, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Hailey Rae, McKenzie, Harley, Kara, Madelyn, Emma and Sam; and his siblings, Salvador "Sal" Calcagno, Jr. and Rose Faucheaux (Daniel). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
