He was predeceased by: his parents, W. H. Pender and Edna Mae Thompson Pender; and his brother Billy Pender. He is survived by: his siblings, James Pender, Craig Pender (Sharon), Jessie Strebeck, Darlene Tims, Vickie Feazell (Jimmy), Sonja Welch and Rita Graves. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
