He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ray Caskey and Shirley Heyes Caskey; and his siblings, Sue Myers, Debra Kene, Billy Joe Miller and Ricky Lane Caskey.
He is survived by: his wife Regina Tucker Caskey; his son Richard Chase Tucker (Jessica); his grandchildren, Haylee Tucker, Michael Tucker and Elizabeth Tucker; and his siblings, Patricia Hudson, Annette Caskey, Kathy Caskey, Lori Caskey and John Caskey. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
