He was predeceased by: his parents, William Duffy and Mary Ellen Horn Duffy; and his brother John "Johnny" Duffy. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Fowler Duffy; his daughters, Missy Duffy Smith (Phillip) and Mindy Duffy Braquet (Brian); his grandchildren, Destini Smith, Jessica Smith, Levi Braquet and Erin Nation Dunn; and his siblings, Will Duffy (Kathy), Katie Duffy Nation, Robbie Duffy, Paul Duffy (Lynn) and Tommy Duffy (Shelly).
