He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles David Hale and Stella Worsham Hale. He is survived by: his daughters, Marina Messick (B. J.) and Madison Hale; his siblings, Pam Fredieu (Craig) and Todd Hale (Stacy); his close friend Donna Hale; his stepson K. J. Hickman (Kelsey); and his grandchildren, Letti Messick and Crayton Hickman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
