It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie Looney of Montgomery, Louisiana, born in Campti, Louisiana, who passed away on March 15, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Julia Smith and Albert Jackson Smith; and her brothers, Jackie Smith and Dr. Charles Smith. She is survived by: her husband Homer E. Looney; her children, Darell Reeves and Darlene Martin (Earl); her grandson Cody Stroud (Taylor); her great grandchildren, Berklee and Audree Stroud; and her sisters, Julia Ann Vercher (Bernell) and Susie Fredieu (Robert).

In lieu of flowers, please make memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
