He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia M. Horn; his parents, Richard Bailey Horn and Yvonne Keiffer Theriot; and his sister Lavonne Horn. He is survived by: his nephew Jesse Horn; his children, Tammy Horn Sarver (Shannon), Theresa Horn Simon (Darrell), Leigh Ann Horn and Chase Horn (Kirsten C.); his grandchildren, Jerrica, Adam, Dakota, Garrett, Mason, Gracie, Gabrielle, Leighton and Leelyn; his great grandchildren, Ryleigh, Karleigh, Colton, Bailey, Annaleigh and Liam; and his brothers, Tommy Horn (Lisa), Doug Horn (Ruthie) and Michael G. Horn. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
