He is survived by: his wife Evelyene Roe Fletcher; his sons, Steve Fletcher (Dana), Billy Joe Flectcher and James Fletcher (Stephanie); his siblings, Robert Fletcher (Theresa) and Bobbie Davis (Tommy); and his siblings-in-law, Roy Roe (Eltima), Betty Coolman, Hazel Sibley (Danny), Billie Jean Roe and Gabriele Harbich. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
