He is survived by: his wife Jessica Lynette DeKeyzer Fowler; his children, Wyatt Lane Fowler of Montgomery, Louisiana, Olivia Abbigayle Fowler of Montgomery, Sara Fowler of Sigourney, Iowa and Cody Fowler of Sigourney, Iowa; and his brothers, Terry Fowler (Rita), Jody Fowler of Granger and Tony Fowler of Montgomery Louisiana. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and amazing friends.
