She was predeceased by: her parents, Onie Ola Simons Wise and Tom B. Wise; her husband Elton O. Jowers; and her siblings, John Pete Wise, Buster Wise, Lloyd Wise, Henry Wise and Thomas Wise.
She is survived by: her children, Judy C. Randall (David) and Jerry W. Jowers (Linda); her siblings, Gerald Wise, Charles Wise, Barney Wise and Betty Jo Deen; her grandchildren, Nicole, Jeff, Sherry and Tammie; and her great grandchildren, Jessie, Triston, Cheyenne, Colton and Julie. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
