He was predeceased by: his son Skye Kourtney Kuhlmann; his parents, Dr. M. L. Kuhlmann and Delores Kuhlmann; and his in-laws, J. D. Bevill and Laverne Bevill.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Bevill Kuhlmann; his daughter Sundae Dawn Kuhlmann; his grandchildren, Rayven Kuhlmann, Madison Miller and Kenzie Miller; his siblings, Kenneth Kuhlmann (Scotti) and Lee Kuhlman (Rhonda); his siblings-in-law, Linda Lonadier, Judy Hale (Donnie), Bo Bevill (Karen) and Ben Bevill; and his pets, Skye Blue, Panda and Sampson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
