He was predeceased by: his wife Bobbie Jean Boney; his son Charles Boney, Jr.; his parents, Edward Boney, Sr. and Ella Boney; his sister Violet M. Cain; and his grandson Dustin Henry.
He is survived by: his daughter Paula Michiels (Charles) of Alexandria; and his brothers, Edward "Bo" Boney, Jr. (Doris) of Pineville and Donnie R. Boney (Carol) of Olla. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
