She was predeceased by: her parents, Odelia Vice Ellis and Clyde J. Chesson; her son Shelby Ray McGuire; her brothers, Clyde and John Chesson; her stepson Mike McGuire; her grandson Jody McGuire; and her great grandchild Jacob Kuhlmann.
She is survived by: her sister Georgia McCauley; and her children, Aleene Hale (Mark), Dennis McGuire and Steve McGuire (Tonya).
