She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Carlton and Hattie Gardner Carlton (Curtis Ray Adams); and her siblings, Oscar Carlton, Vernon Carlton, Donnie Carlton, Wonnie Carlton, Marilyn Carlton, Reba Evans, Elaine McEntyre, Vera Sanford, Margie Adams and Sybil Nugent.
She is survived by: her siblings, Clifton Carlton (Vera) of Wildsville, LA., Shelby Carlton (Sally) of Ferriday, LA and Inez King; and her nephews, Shelby Carlton Jr., Gary Carlton, Billy Carlton, Eddie Carlton, Ronnie Carlton, Dickey Evans, Stuart Evans, Glenn McEntyre, Joseph King, Clifton Carlton Jr., Carl Carlton, Delton Sanford and Randy Nugent. She is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
