He is survived by: his daughters, Cherokee Seyfarth of Lake Charles, LA and Avery Elizabeth Seyfarth of Monterey, LA; his parents, Glen M. Seyfarth, Sr. and Sheila O'Rourke Seyfarth; his sister Jessica Seyfarth Donald (Stephen) of Monterey, LA; his niece Sydney Claire Donald; his cousins, Heath Seyfarth and John Seyfarth; his uncles, William "Bud" Seyfarth (Connie) and Johnny Seyfarth (Rosie); and his close friend Monique Buntin. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
