He is survived by: his husband Eric Hebert; his son Jason Shultis (Kristianna); his grandson Bronson Shultis; and his siblings, Barry Shultis, Kim Sultis and Cathy Fitch. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and dear friends.
