He is survived by: his children, Bill Lilly (Marandi) of Winnsboro and Wanda Lilly of Winnsboro; his siblings, Nathan Lilly, Sandra Hogue (John) and Shirley Jaubert (Billy); his grandchildren, Chelsea Ulmer (Chris), Alan Lilly (Sharece), Jonas Lilly and Tyler Carroll; and his great grandchildren, Jayden Ulmer and Korbin Ulmer. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
